What we eat, and how much of it we eat, has been a much discussed topic for many of us over the years. The huge variety of food offered to us these days, much of which is "pre-prepared", is very tempting. The reason why diets are unsuccessful on the whole is that they are unsustainable: as soon as you revert back to eating as you did before, the weight returns.

Analysing your food diaries enables me to help you make the small changes here and there that will offer long term health benefits and successful weight loss, that is both achievable and maintainable. Together we will discuss your goals and how to achieve them, looking at your energy levels as well as your personal likes and dislikes.
